Welcome to Level Ground
Dr. Robert and Cindi Dodd provide the unique integration of being well trained in psychology and counseling, with sound christian principles.
“We have always had a sense of calling on our lives for ministry. We have a passion to help individuals, couples, and families overcome their adversities and wounds...truly experiencing the healing that God has for them.”
Although we have felt that ministry happens in our one-on-one work with clients every day, it has become apparent that God has gifted us with the skills and opportunities of reaching more people through workshops and seminars.
This powerful combination of spiritual leadership and real life experience, coupled with professional training, ensures counseling that is grounded, practical, and insightful.
Cindi Dodd, MA, LPC
Before beginning her counseling career, Cindi was a Music/Drama teacher, as well as, a Minister of Music at a large evangelical church. In those job situations she found that she often spent time meeting with individuals who were dealing with many issues in their own lives. When she, herself, had to deal with several devastating situations, a strong desire was sparked to truly be able to help others....leading to the pursuit of an advanced degree in counseling. She now holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
From May of 2005 to January 2015, she worked as a therapist at Rodgers Christian Counseling in Charlotte, NC. In January 2015, Cindi and her husband, Dr. Dodd, opened their own practice, Level Ground Christian Counseling.
She received her LPC license in December 2006, along with her certification as a National Certified Counselor. Using her unique life experience and training, Cindi enjoys working with teenagers, singles, married couples and entire families. Most of all, she has a passion for people to overcome adversity and truly receive the healing the Lord has for them.
